2 cup rye flour
1/2 cup cheese, grated
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 teas parsley
2 Tbsp oil
3/4 cup chopped peanuts (unsalted)
2/3 cup broth or water
Mix all ingredients well. Place golf ball size balls on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 350 – 30 minutes. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Makes about 18 treats.
